The complainant has requested information from South London Healthcare NHS Trust (the Trust) about a number of different issues, largely related to patient care. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Trust failed to provide the information within the statutory time limit and has breached section 10 of the Freedom of Information Act (the Act). However, the Trust has now disclosed all of the relevant information and no further action is required.
