Under a devise of lands to trustees in fee in trust for A. (an infant) for 99 years if he shall so long live, and after that term to his first second, third, and fourth sons, and the issue male of their bodies, for the like term of 99 years, as they shall be in seniority of birth, and in default of such issue male in him or them, then to B and the issue male of his body, for the like term of 99 years, and in default of such issue male then to the right heirs of the devisor. A. takes an estate for 99 years determinable with his life, and upon his death his first son takes a like estate; but the subsequent limitations to his other sons and to B. are void.
