Contract for the conversion of a bulk carrier into a pipe laying vessel. The Owners of the vessel terminated the contract on the grounds of default by the shipyard (the Builder), and took it elsewhere to be completed. The Owners claim some pounds 250 million for the additional work, and the Builder counterclaims some pounds 84 million.
