Regina v Moore: CACD 2005

The defendant appealed his sentence for breach of a sex offenders order.
Held: There had been deliberate and flagrant breaches in the form of unsupervised contact with boys. The offender had a record of serious sexual offending against young boys and the breach of the order was only shortly after his release. Nevertheless the sentence was reduced to 4 years imprisonment.
