Regina v Killick: CACD 29 Jun 2011

The appellant had been convicted of assorted serious sexual offences against adult males suffering serious physical disability. The claimant himself suffered cerebral palsy, but to a lesser extent. He alleged abuse of process in that it had been represented to him that the complaint would go no further.
