The applicant sought judicial review of decisions to revoke the sponsorship of three of its employees, and withdrawal of work permits. The defendant said that the workers were not being employed for the purposes set out in the work permits.
Held: The claim failed. The court examined the in detail the challenges to the decisions and the reasons for the decisions. The decisions were made on evidence available to the defendant and were not Wednesbury unreasonale.
