NHS Yorkshire and The Humber Strategic Health Authority (Decision Notice): ICO 23 Aug 2011

ICO The complainant asked the NHS Yorkshire and the Humber Strategic Health Authority (the ‘SHA’) for information regarding the decision of the Leeds East Research Ethics Committee not to reappointment him to that committee.
