The complainant has requested information relating to a meeting between the Cabinet Office, the Environment Agency and Natural England. The Commissioner’s decision is that Natural England has correctly applied the exception provided by regulation 12(4)(e) (internal communications) of the EIR. The Commissioner does however require Natural England to disclose the information it identified as appropriate for disclosure during his investigation as outlined in paragraph 18 of this notice.
