The complainant requested information held by the Mid Suffolk District Council under its Environmental Health powers relating to an investigation on the land and premises located at a particular address. The Council provided the information with some redactions. The Council withheld some information which it considered to be personal data. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council was correct to withhold the personal data, however the information should have been considered under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 rather than the Act.
