Undue Influence
The claimant appealed dismissal of his claim to set aside a transfer by way of gift by his father on the basis of an alleged undue influence. Held: The judges was entitled to make the findings he had done, and to be impressed by the spacing of the transactions. The appeal failed.

If a part of a deed which is affected by undue influence can be severed, the unaffected parts may still be enforced.
