Contempt of Court
Semble, that a plaintiff who wilfully causes his attorney to deliver a false address, the attorney having been required by a judge’s order; under the 17th section of 2 Will, 4, c. 39, "to declare the place of the plaintiff’s abode," is guilty of a contempt of court, and liable to be punished by attachment.

Contempt of Court
Process by attachment to compel an infant to convey estates sold in a creditor's suit. It is a contenpt to interfere and prevent an infant obeying the the order of the court to convey.

Contempt of Court
A party in contempt may give a notice of motion, although he cannot move until the contempt of court is cleared. With referance to clearing contempt the answer must be taken be sufficient until exceptions are actually allowed.
Moving upon the answer is a waiver of the contempt

A party, who knows of a null or irregular order, should apply to discharge it. Whilst such an order is in existence it must not be disobeyed.

By the terms of an injunction A, B. was restrained, but it did not extend to his servants and agents. A motion to commit his agent CD for breach of the injunction. Held: Irregular ; but, semble, that he might be proceeded against for "a contempt" if he knowingly aided and assisted A. B. in breach of the injunction.
