Claimant’s (Sweden’s) application for summary judgment on its claims against the First to Third, Sixth, Seventh, Tenth, Twelfth and Thirteenth Defendants (the SJ Respondents). Sweden claims that the SJ Respondents were parties to a substantial fraud which resulted in the misappropriation of in excess of Euros 115m from the pension saving accounts of some 46,222 Swedish pension savers.
