On 23/05/05 the complainant requested the minutes of meetings at which the incumbent Chair of Governors was appointed and confirmation of the duration of the post. The school wrote to the complainant on 13/06/05 and confirmed the duration of the post but did not communicate the relevant minutes of meetings. Following intervention of the Information Commissioner, the school sent, by letter dated 9/11/05, the information requested.
