Proceedings for committal for contempt brought by the appellant, Jet 2 Holidays Limited, against the respondents, Karl Hughes and Laura Hughes, arising out of claims made by the respondents that they had suffered sickness on a package holiday arranged through the appellant due to the dirty and unhygienic conditions and bad food at the hotel at which they were staying.
