The Claimant seeks to enforce personal guarantees given by the First and Second Defendants to secure the liabilities to Instagroup of Warmspace Insulation Ltd; a company for which they were both directors and the ultimate owners. Warmspace entered administration and shortly thereafter Instagroup sought recovery of debts owed to them by Warmspace from Mr. Carroll and Mr. Barclay.
