The Information Commissioner provided the information held by the Information Commissioner’s Office and confirmed which parts of the requested information it did not hold. It upheld this response at internal review. The complainant argued that the Commissioner’s responses were either wrong or incomplete. The Commissioner has considered the arguments of the complainant and has provided further information to clarify the responses.
