The complainant has requested various pieces of information from the council relating to particular properties, to which the council responded that the information was not held for some aspects and that they could neither confirm nor deny other items. However, the council responded outside of statutory timescales and therefore breached regulation 5(2) of the EIR. The Commissioner does not require any steps.
