ICO The complainant requested confidential minutes from Goring Parish Council. The council provided information in response to this. The complainant asked the Commissioner to investigate whether further information was held, and if the council had handled his request correctly. The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, no further information is held. However, the council breached section 10(1) of the FOIA by failing to provide the requested information within 20 working days. The Commissioner does not require any steps to be taken.
