The challenge concerns two contracts granted by the defendant to the interested party, Abingdon Health Plc, to develop, manufacture and purchase lateral flow antibody tests to detect the number of individuals in the UK who had been infected by the Coronavirus and therefore might have immunity, and I would add to that not merely on a large-scale statistical basis but for individual use at home as well.
