The complainant has requested information held on large raised reservoirs across various datasets by the Environment Agency. The Environment Agency withheld information from two of the datasets on the basis of regulation 12(5)(a) of the EIR. The Commissioner’s decision is that the EA has correctly applied the exception and the balance of the public interest favours withholding the information in the datasets.
