IPO The invention related to a device for controlling incontinence using a bladder pressure sensor and a muscle stimulator. A previous decision relating to this case was appealed by the applicant. The subsequent judgment required the applicant to file suitable amendments to address clarity and support. The application was remitted back to the examiner for consideration of these amendments.
The Hearing Officer found that the amendments did not adequately address the issues of support and clarity and also added matter. The application was refused.
