IPO The claimant, Derek Reginald Palmer, filed proceedings under section 8, seeking an order for the patent application to proceed jointly in his name and that of Robert Michael Henry Courtauld. In the absence of any evidence to the contrary and in view of consent from all the relevant parties, it was ordered that the application should proceed in the names of Palmer and Courtauld and that Maes Anturio Limited should not be named as a joint applicant.
