Clarke v Clarke: 7 May 1836

Testator bequeathed a fund in trust for A. for life, and, after her death, in trust for all and every the children of 3. and G. who should attain 31, Held, that all the children of B. and C. who were born before the eldest child attained 21, though after A’s death, would be entitled to a share on attaining 21.
