Chrystostomos and Others v Turkey: ECHR 1991

(Commission – Admissibility) There were three applications, including one by Titina Loizidou. She complained that she had been denied access to her property in north Cyprus by the activities of Turkish forces and persons acting under their authority.
Held: Applying the SAA doctrine set out in its earlier rulings relating to north Cyprus, the commission it declared her complaint admissible in so far as the matters complained of post-dated 29th January 1987, when Turkey first permitted petitions by individuals to the Strasbourg court.
