The complainant has requested information relating to the expenses claimed by directors of the Camden and Islington Foundation Trust (the Trust). The Commissioner’s decision is that the Trust has breached section 10(1) of the FOIA by providing its response outside of the statutory time limit of 20 working days. The Commissioner does not require the Trust to take any steps as a result of this notice.
