EAT Unfair dismissal – Reinstatement/re-engagement
This appeal, listed for full hearing, raised the ET’s approach to reinstatement and reengagement at a Remedies Hearing and whether the ET had complied with their statutory duty under section 112(2) Employment Rights Act 1996 to explain these remedies to the Claimant and seek his wishes.
