Issues as to the extent to which a judgment creditor can satisfy the judgment from pension rights to which the debtor is entitled in circumstances where the debtor has been the subject of a bankruptcy order but, having been incurred in respect of fraud, the debt has persisted beyond the debtor’s discharge from bankruptcy.
