AIT The appellant, a citizen of Somalia born on 15 November 1972, arrived in the United Kingdom on 18 May 2005 with the aid of a false passport. He claimed asylum two days later. On 3 June 2005 a decision was made to remove the appellant from the United Kingdom by way of directions.
